This apartment is comfortably furnished in 2006 and is located just 250 meters from the ski runs, and ready to be used. The apartment has hardly been use as so is in excellent condition A good number of shops and restaurants are closeby making this an ideal base for a ski holiday home during the winter. The landscaped garden areas are a nice feature of this apartment and during summertime is the ideal place for BBQs...or for snow adventures in winter, as the complex is located within the ski area of Bansko. It is very close to the main gondola and this can be walked to even with boots and skis. This takes only six minutes. There is a lot of après ski night life in this area of Bansko and then a ten minute stroll will take you to the centre of the town where there are more shops, and more places to dine. It is possible to rent the apartment out easily. There are two neighboring hotels, both with spa facilities. There is an agreed maintenance contract with all residents for the communal electricity, the upkeep of the stairwells and halls and for the grounds maintenance and for any other communal area repairs and maintenance. Located just off Bansko's main street (Pirin Street), the small development is a short walk from a good range of restaurants, shops and taverns etc.
